Returns
We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days to return the item. We’ll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay, all we ask is that items are returned as per arrival on delivery.
Any part(s) which, in our opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer's instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging, or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund or a warranty consideration.
Any purchases that the customer orders incorrectly* will result in the customer paying all freight charges with regards to refund and/or replacement of goods back and forth to Southern Cross Performance. Also, a re-stocking fee of 15% applies to all returns.
We do our best to ensure that all our listings are correct, however we are only human.
If we have incorrectly advertised an item, or there is an error in our listing, we will be more than happy to work with you to resolve any issues. Southern Cross Performance reserve the right to finalize the transaction by a full refund of the sale at our discretion.
* Ordering incorrectly is defined by customer error or insufficient knowledge of product. If unsure, but would still like to purchase, please contact us first and discuss shipping returns costs.
