Free metro freight

Our Free metro freight policy will only apply to the standard shipping method. Any expedited shipping requests will be charged for the full price of shipping.

If expedited shipping is needed, please include an email with your purchase information with requested shipping method and needed date of delivery.

Product Condition: Brand New (Aftermarket)

Our headers are painted after fabrication, but due to the limitations of storage of such complex pipework the headers can rub on each other and create minor scratches the paintwork. However, this will not effect the performance of the product.

The headers are generally couriered in a heavy duty plastic bag with no padding. If you require, we can respray the headers at the factory and bubblewrap the headers for more protection during the delivery. This will come at an extra cost (thru PayPal) and an extra 1-2 days handling time.

Where does SCP deliver to?

Items ordered in Australia can only be delivered to persons 18 years or older, with an address in Australia. We do not ship internationally.

Free Metro freight ONLY applies for products marked as "Free Metro Freight" that have a delivery address within major city “metro” areas in NSW, VIC, SA, ACT, QLD & WA.

Metro area suburbs are deemed by “Southern Cross Performance”, as in some circumstances where an address is borderline or relatively remote, we may need to charge additional fees to cover extra postage costs. Please email for quote if you have any concerns.

Standard delivery

Our handling time is 3-4 days (approx), before dispatch.
In some cases, we may be inundated on orders and this may increase the handling timeframe. If you have a deadline please contact us before purchasing.

Up to 10 working days for delivery on in-stock items, subject to payment clearance.
All orders placed after 1.00pm Monday to Friday will be processed the next working day.

Orders placed over a weekend (Sat-Sun) will be processed the following Monday. Public holidays may cause delays.

Someone must be available to take receipt of the goods during this period. A signature will be required. If this is not possible, please contact us and we can organise other arrangements.

Damaged parcels must be signed for as damaged. A claim may not be valid without the appropriate identification being made on the proof of delivery; all queries must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours.
